Amanda Sampaio is a life-long Floridian and was born and raised in Central Florida.
She has tried numerous felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases throughout her career which include but are not limited to DUI, Domestic Violence, Possession and Sale of Illegal Drugs and Narcotics, Resisting Officer, Battery on an Officer, Aggravated Battery, Stalking, Rape, Burglary, Theft, and Weapons Offenses. She is dedicated to aggressively defending the rights of her clients and is well respected amongst her peers.
Amanda Sampaio has advanced training in courses such as Advanced DUI School, Advanced Criminal Law Seminar, Immigration Consequences, Representation of Veterans, Detention Advocacy in Juvenile Detention, Mental Health Mitigation, and Death is Different, Board Certification Review, Advanced Family Law, and Juvenile Delinquency.
