State v H.B. 58-2013-CF-3754-A-O Sexual Activity with a Minor
- Charges with: 6 Counts Sexual Activity with a Minor
- Synopsis: Client was a teacher at Jones High School. He was accused of having sexual relations with a student who was 16 years old at the time. The Defense team spent countless hours deposing witnesses, investigating the evidence, and preparing for trial. The jury trial lasted three days and returned a verdict after deliberating for approximately one hour.
- Outcome: Jury Verdict of Not Guilty on 4 counts; 2 counts were dismissed by the Judge mid-trial.

State v P.C. 58-2014-CT-6249-A-O Driving Under the Influence
- Charges with: Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
- Synopsis: Client was pulled over in Downtown Orlando and did roadside sobriety exercises. He was then taken to the breath testing center where the test results came in at .08 and .09.
- Outcome: Case dismissed by the State (Nolle Prosequi)
State v. AC (Juvenile Case) – Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
- Charged with: Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
- Synopsis:Client was driving and was engaged by a highly aggressive driver. The driver got out of her car and verbally assaulted my client, then claimed he pulled a gun on her. The Defense was able to uncover highly suspicious circumstances surrounding the alleged victim and was able to convince the State that the case was not appropriate for prosecution.

State v. K.B 58-2014-CF-5740-A-O
- Charge with: Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, & Credit Card Theft
- Synopsis: Client had her identity stolen and used in a fraudulent manner. The police did an incomplete and incompetent investigation which led to our client actually being arrested. We hired an investigator and were able to show that our client was innocent. We are now working on clearing her name through the expunction process.
- Outcome: Case was dropped before formal charges were filed (No Information Notice).
AP v SF 2014-DR
- Synopsis: I represented a woman accused with Domestic violence / stalking. After a full hearing I was able to prove my client was innocent and wrongfully accused.
- Outcome: Injunction Dismissed

- Charged with: Speeding ticket
- Outcome: Dismissed
State v TP
- Charged with: Criminal Traffic violation.
- Outcome: Case reduced to a civil infraction with a fine, a class and court costs.
State v TP (Marion County Case)
- Charged with: Aggravated Assault with a firearm and battery domestic violence.
- Outcome: Case dismissed prior to trial.
State v AA
- Charged with: Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon.
- Synopsis: He was alleged to have hit the victim in the face with a baseball bat, breaking his nose.
- Outcome: Client was looking at prison time, however I was able to get charges reduced to a misdemeanor with probation and community service.

State v B.C. 48-2013-CT-001613-E
- Charged With: DUI
- Synopsis: Client was arrested near the UCF campus. He was underage at the time.
- Outcome: Case will be dismissed after Pre-Trial Diversion Program
State v J.G. 58-2012-CF-4432 (trial was in 2013)
- Charged With: Sexual Battery
- Synopsis: Client was accused with having sexual intercourse with a woman who was incapacitated by drugs and alcohol. He was facing significant prison time if convicted. The State called 14 witnessed and the trial lasted four days. After less than an hour of deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
- Outcome: Jury Verdict – Not Guilty
State v C.C. 2013-CF-100282 (Volusia County)
- Charged With: Grand Theft over $20,000 & Trespass on a Construction Site
- Synopsis: Client charged with stealing a large amount of copper wire from a construction site. Multiple eyewitnesses claimed my client was responsible, however after an in-depth investigation and multiple depositions, I was able to clear my client of the charges.
- Outcome: All charges dismissed by Prosecutor
State v V.B. 59-2013-001483CFA
- Charged with: Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
- Synopsis: Road rage incident where client acted in self defense. Through depositions we were able to show the alleged victim had fabricated certain parts of his story.
- Outcome: Reduced charge and Probationary Sentence

- Charged with: Burglary with Battery Therein
- Synopsis: Client accused of breaking into an apartment and striking an occupant.
- Outcome: Charged reduced to a misdemeanor and probationary sentence.

State v D.B 48-2012-CF-016764-O
- Charged with: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
- Synopsis: Client was accused with pulling a knife on an enraged driver at a gas station. The accuser was extremely aggressive and after investigating the incident further, we were able to convince the State Attorney’s Office to drop all charges against my client.
- Outcome: Case dismissed prior to formal charges being filed.
State v D.A. 48-2012-CF-010591-O
- Charged with: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon on Law Enforcement Officer
- Synopsis: Client accused of pulling a gun on a law enforcement officer and firing the gun in the presence of a lay person. Case was facing several years in prison. Case proceeded to trial and during the trial I was able to negotiate a probationary sentence, due to the conflict in evidence.
- Outcome: Reduced charge and probationary sentence.

- Outcome: Case Dismissed after Pre-Trial Diversion Program completed
State v. P.F 2012-CJ-4643 (Juvenile Record Sealed)
- Charged with: Possession of Cocaine
- Outcome: Charge reduced from a Felony to a Misdemeanor. Probationary Sentence.
